Application Fee
There is currently no application fee.
Enrollment Fee
After your registration request is reviewed, in-person interview is completed, and assessments have been reviewed, our admissions team will reach out to let you know if enrollment can be offered for your student at this time. If we determine that our program is a fit for your child and a space is available in class, an enrollment offer will be emailed to you. A $100 non-refundable enrollment fee per student is required to show your commitment to attendance and process adding your student to our program. This is due within 48 hours of your enrollment offer.
Tuition
2026/2027 Tuition is $2925.00 for our Kindergarten through 6th Grade. Tuition can be paid in monthly installments beginning the month before enrollment. Should a family choose to withdraw a student for any reason after enrollment, a 60 day notice must be given with financial obligations continuing during that time.
Other Costs
Other financial costs include: minor fees/amounts such as: yearbook, class parties, optional field trips, school supplies like binders, pens, pencils, etc., and curriculum ordering. Curriculum is purchased through third party vendors from a shopping list we provide upon enrolling.
School Schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays, 8:30am-2:30pm, September to May following the local school system calendar.
Grades Offered: Kindergarten through fourth grade in year one, with one grade added in each successive year

Discipline and Accountability
Students who fail to meet these behavior expectations may be subject to disciplinary action. Consequences will be determined based on the nature and severity of the behavior and may include parent communication, loss of privileges, suspension, or dismissal from the program.

McMinn Christian Academy reserves the right to dismiss any student from the program due to behavioral issues or conduct that is inconsistent with the school’s mission, values, and expectations.
